Mounting Brackets
HB1 – Header Bracket
To be used when there is no vertical stile/jamb or sufficient ceiling clearance. Requires a metal header of 3 1/2" in width. Operator installs “shaft-up” hanging from header.
HB2 – Header Bracket
To be used when there is no vertical stile/jamb, but there is sufficient ceiling clearance and at least 1" ledge of exposed header metal to bolt onto. Operator installs “shaft-down.”
HB3 – Header Bracket
DA700 – “Z” Bracket
Used to “in-swing“ a door with Door-Aid
When the existing door closer is parallel to arm or door-mounted valve body. To provide an elevated surface (level with the valve body) for the arm roller to push on.
Allows on-demand operation
Actuator Arms
AA100L – Actuator Arm with 2" Short Leg Extension
Used with center-pivot door application. This allows the elbow to reach further around the door at 90 degrees.
AA100S – Short Actuator Arm
Used as an alternative to the standard arm where needed
AA100 – Straight Arm
Used when an “in-swing” door application has insufficient sidewall clearance for the “elbow” of the standard arm
